Verification must be performed to provide the most accurate data possible. Verification lowers the probability of counting duplicate submissions, unregistered voters, and reduces the influence from outside sources that are unable to vote in US Elections. State issues Driver's License/ID numbers and Voter Registration ID numbers are optional submissions, and are only to be used by VeriPoll for Voter Registration Status Verification. Some states require County or Zipcode to verify Voter Registration Status as well. All of these personally identifiable information are for Verification purposes only and will not be shared with third parties or stored for advertisement sites/cookies. See below privacy policy for more specific information about personally-identifying information.

Contact Information: Email and phone number are to be used for verification processes ONLY. We will NOT contact you unless you reach out to us, request email notifications, or if we have trouble verifying your Voter Status. Demographics are only to be used for statistical purposes only and Personal Demographics will not be shared with third parties without the user's permission. When submitting a vote, all demographics besides Gender, Date of Birth (age), and Race are optional selections.

Website Visitors
Like most website operators, VeriPoll collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. VeriPoll's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how VeriPoll's visitors use its website. From time to time, VeriPoll may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

VeriPoll may also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users interacting or submitting input on VeriPoll only discloses user IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to VeriPoll's websites choose to interact with VeriPoll in ways that require VeriPoll to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that VeriPoll gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, if submitting a vote, we ask visitors at to provide a First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Race, and State as required fields. We also will ask for optional personally-identifying information such as Driver's License, Voter Registration ID, County, State and other demographics. By pressing the "Submit Vote!" button, you are agreeing that you are allowing VeriPoll to acquire and store all required and optional information provided. This information will not be shared with any third parties outside of VeriPoll, and will only be used to calculate poll statistics and verify voter registration status. We will never ask for Social Security Number. Driver's License and Voter ID will not be stored and will be deleted from the VeriPoll database after the verification process. 

6/12/2020 Update:

All submitted data is stored on the server for less than 12 hours. Within this 12 hours, it is downloaded to a Local VPN Protected computer into the master database, and all data is completely wiped from the server. After the verification process, VeriPoll wipes pertinent Driver's License/ID information from the Master database to ensure full security of our users. None of this data is stored on a server or master database after verification.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Ads appearing on our website may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
